Facility reservations

Saginaw Intermediate School District has several spaces available to reserve for meetings, conferences, banquets, and events on-site at Hartley Outdoor Education Center, Saginaw ISD Transitions Center, and the Millet Learning Center. Follow the instructions below to make a reservation.

Hartley Outdoor Education Center Reservations

Make Hartley Outdoor Education Center, nestled within 300 acres of natural beauty, the site of your next conference or retreat. Many weekends and summer weekdays are available for reservation. The facility features:

  • 3,500 square foot banquet room
  • Four breakout rooms, plus wonderful outdoor spaces
  • Day-use for groups up to 120, overnight - 90
  • 90-bed dorm-style lodging
  • Groups ranging from 20-90 are accommodated comfortably
  • High-quality food and complete banquet service
  • 300 natural acres, miles of quiet trails, pond
  • Complete AV equipment
  • Nearby golf, rail trail, and historic towns
  • Air Conditioned for summer comfort

The Saginaw ISD Professional Development (PD) Center provides opportunities to learn new teaching methods and practices as well as professional development for teachers, administrators, support staff, and local community agencies. The center, located in the Transitions Center, is conveniently located in Saginaw Township just off I-675 at the Tittabawassee Road exit. The Center is available at no cost to educators. Other groups considering facility reservations may incur a small fee. The facility features:

  • 12,000 square-foot meeting room
  • Six meeting rooms to accommodate groups of 10-275
  • Wireless internet, audiovisual capabilities, sound system, and interactive capabilities
