MEET THE TEACHER
TRANSITIONS CENTER SCHOOL
The Transitions Center School teaches students with exceptionalities the skills, responsibilities, and life essentials to live independently. Students are empowered to make adult decisions and function independently in school, work, living arrangements, interpersonal relationships, recreational activities, and more. To support these efforts, there are a number of resources, supports, and programs available that help students progress towards independence.
