Saginaw Intermediate School District (ISD) is proud to celebrate Director of Human Resources Jennifer Grigg on her recent selection to the Leadership Saginaw County Class of 2026, a 10-month program facilitated by the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, designed to deepen leadership capacity and civic engagement across Saginaw County.

Leadership Saginaw brings together a diverse group of existing and emerging leaders from across industries to explore key issues, strengthen community connections, and engage in collaborative projects that benefit the region. Each session immerses participants in local topics ranging from economic development and education to public safety and healthcare, offering valuable insights from both public and private sector leaders.

Ms. Grigg’s selection reflects not only her professional accomplishments but also her personal commitment to fostering strong relationships across the community. "It’s an incredible honor to be selected for the Leadership Saginaw Class of 2026," said Ms. Grigg. "As someone who believes deeply in the power of connection and service, I’m looking forward to learning from and collaborating with leaders throughout our community. The insights and partnerships gained through this experience will further strengthen the work we do every day at Saginaw ISD."

Dr. Jeffrey Collier, Superintendent of Saginaw ISD, noted how this opportunity aligns with the district’s vision to serve, innovate, and empower. "Jennifer leads with both care and strategy, and this selection reflects her commitment to developing people and strengthening systems," said Collier. "Her participation in Leadership Saginaw will not only expand her own leadership capacity, but also bring valuable new perspectives and partnerships to our organization and the students, families, staff, and partners we serve. We are proud to support her in this leadership experience."

Please join us in congratulating Jennifer on her selection to Leadership Saginaw. We look forward to following her journey and to the new ideas and relationships she will bring back to benefit our Saginaw ISD community.
