Saginaw Intermediate School District (ISD) proudly announces that Elizabeth Wolfe, Ph.D., has been selected to serve as its new Director of Human Resources. Dr. Wolfe officially began serving in the role on June 15, and her employment was approved by the Saginaw ISD Board of Education on June 22.
Following a comprehensive search process that attracted a strong pool of highly qualified candidates, Dr. Wolfe emerged as the top candidate. Her selection reflects Saginaw ISD's continued commitment to investing in exceptional leaders who strengthen organizational culture, develop talent, and support the employees who make student success possible across the Great Lakes Bay Region.
For Superintendent Dr. Jeffrey Collier, Dr. Wolfe's unique blend of human resources expertise, organizational leadership, and global experience made her the ideal candidate to help shape the future of Saginaw ISD's workforce.

Saginaw ISD's Human Resources Department provides leadership and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, benefits administration, compliance, professional growth, and organizational development. The department plays a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining the talented professionals who serve students and families across Saginaw County every day.
Dr. Wolfe brings extensive experience in human capital management, organizational development, and talent acquisition across the private, nonprofit, higher education, and global sectors. Most recently, she served as an Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morley Companies, where she led leadership development initiatives, advanced AI-driven talent strategies, and supported career growth for more than 2,000 employees. Her career also includes more than a decade of international leadership experience, where she developed leadership systems, trained professionals representing more than 90 countries, and built cross-cultural organizational infrastructure across a 44-country region.

As Director of Human Resources, Dr. Wolfe will lead strategic human resources initiatives that support employees at every stage of their professional journey while helping strengthen Saginaw ISD's workforce for the future. As the district continues implementing its Strategic Compass, she will play an important role in advancing Goal #3: Cultivate a High-Performing and Engaged Workforce by fostering a culture where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow professionally while delivering exceptional service to students and local districts.
ABOUT ELIZABETH WOLFE, Ph.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Wolfe is an accomplished organizational leader with expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, and strategic organizational development across the private, nonprofit, and higher education sectors.
Prior to joining Saginaw ISD, she served as an Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morley Companies, where she facilitated career pathing and leadership development for more than 2,000 employees, spearheaded AI-driven talent solutions, and achieved a 100 percent hiring manager satisfaction rate.
Her professional experience also includes thirteen years of international leadership, during which she designed leadership systems, trained participants from more than 90 countries, and helped establish cross-cultural organizational infrastructure across a 44-country region. She has also served as an adjunct professor, instructional designer, and leadership development specialist.
Dr. Wolfe holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Regent University. She also maintains certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and specialized credentials in digital workflow and artificial intelligence foundations.

Saginaw Intermediate School District (ISD) is an educational service agency that provides effective and innovative leadership, services, resources, and programs throughout Saginaw County. Saginaw ISD provides career and technical education, early childhood, finance, human resources, instruction, pupil accounting, special education, technology, and transportation services.
