Quality Improvement Specialists Joani Liesen and Rosanna Keller were caught being extra "orange" last week! Knowing that there were many Licensed-Exempt Providers (family, friends, and neighbors who are paid through the state to care for young children) who were about to lose their status and future payments if they didn't complete their annual health and safety training.
