Last week, the Great Start to Quality Eastern Team joined the nine other Resource Centers and the Early Childhood Investment Corporation for a 2-day Statewide Meeting. Among other learning, we took a deep dive into the Statewide and Regional data. On day two, it was requested that each Resource Center team choose a theme and dress according to the theme. Our team decided on "Strength-Based". After choosing individual strengths, we decided to dress in '80s workout gear and wrote our strengths on our headbands. We then created a vision board based on the data. We love connecting together and connecting with our colleagues across the state! We are stronger together! #GreatStarttoQuality #SaginawISD #OurStory

Mr. Craig's class at the Millet Learning Center chose to represent the Detroit Tigers for Spirit Week's favorite team day. 🐯⚾️

Millet Learning Center staff and students do a great job of acknowledging and celebrating all our cultural differences. Thanks to our wonderful lunch hero Miss Christina for turning the cafeteria into a fiesta. Participating in Cinco de Mayo celebrations can foster a more inclusive environment where individuals feel valued and respected for their differences.
