The CTE team had a successful start to summer with Secrets in the Sauce Culinary Camp Day 1 at Hartley Outdoor Education Center! Students made mozzarella, crafted sauce from scratch, and Chef Jake from Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association guided us. #CulinaryCamp
