The Saginaw County Youth Ambassador Program is a partnership with the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce YPN, Partnershift, and Dale Carnegie. This is a 3 year high school leadership development program, concluding with peer to peer ambassadorship during the students' senior year, highlighting why Saginaw County is a great place to live, work, and play. Our amazing team brings on a new cohort of 25 students each year. Our first cohort, all of which are 11th graders right now, have rallied around mental health. We could not be prouder of them for their courage and their efforts. Five of those students have become a voice for their peers around this topic. With that, we would like to invite you to tune in to State Representative Amos O'Neal's next Community Conversation Event on Facebook, scheduled for May 19, 6pm. You will not want to miss it!

Hartley OEC welcomed over 120 kindergartners from Swan Valley today for a day trip. They were able to explore different animal habitats, see some live animals, play outdoor games and look through many log hotels. What an amazing experience for the students and our staff!
