Mark Lyons hosted a fantastic statewide spring Regional Instructional Technology Specialists (RITS) meeting at #SaginawISD. It was excellent to have special guests Phil Eich and Kevin Hayes speak about positive storytelling and place setting during a breakout session. #OurStory





#SaginawISD was invited to showcase the efforts of the County and its embrace of the Science of Reading. Our Executive Director of Instructional Services, Vic Bugni, shared, "It was such an honor to be with educators from around the nation who are dedicated to helping all students read. Glad to be on the panel and share the #Saginawesome."

Saginaw ISD Great Start Collaborative had a great time at the Bee for Literacy. Julie Kozan, Heather Richards, and Scott Sawyer competed with a fantastic cheer section from the team. The 16th Annual Bee raised funds for Little Free Libraries across the county. #OurStory
