Extemporaneous speaking requires research, analysis, and organizational strategies, all skills that will benefit her in the future! Three cheers for Emma as she heads back to Atlanta later this month to hopefully bring home the gold! #CTEworks #CTEstrong #SaginawCountyCTE #SaginawISD #MerillHighSchool #SaginawCareerComplex #MISkillsUSA

Our future is bright with students like Ethan, who placed 1st at the FCCLA State Leadership Conference for his Early Childhood Education competition. Students must demonstrate their knowledge and ability to use the skills they gained from their early childhood program. They prepare a portfolio and a resource container as well as present an activity to judges related to them in response to a case study provided during the event. Ethan will be competing at the national level in July in Denver, Colorado! Good luck, Ethan! We know you do great things! #CTEWorks
