Another Great Start to Quality Eastern Resource Center individual that we are incredibly thankful for is Joani Liesen! Joani impressed us a year ago this past October when she interviewed for her position as a Quality Improvement Specialist. Joani's passion came through so strong during the interview that the interview team was near tears. I am excited to share that her passion lives through her daily work with the early childhood field. Joani has made strong relationships with both the individuals caring for young children and families as well as with community and statewide partners. Joani's service area is Genesee County where there are 296 licensed child care programs! We are so thankful she is on our team!
