Congratulations to Stacey Smyczynski on her Orange Spot Nomination! She was nominated by Jon LeFevre who said, "On extremely short notice, Stacey agreed to step in and present two sessions during the afternoon breakouts at our Countywide PD Day. She took time out of her Sunday evening to learn the information and made arrangements to get all the materials that were needed. Stacey’s willingness to support her team in this way benefitted many SISD employees as well as hundreds of participants who were able to get the content they had registered for. Stacey continually goes out of her way to be a fantastic colleague but on this day she truly went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. Thanks for all you do, Stacey!" #OrangeSpots #HappinessAdvantage #SaginawISD

Congratulations Anthony Jakes!!! Mr. Jakes was nominated by Kristi Tabacsko. She stated that "I had a male student who had ripped his pants in a very "intimate" area. The student went and changed with a pair of pants from the wellness center. Anthony returned 15 minutes later with repaired pants for the young man. I am not sure how this transpired...but Anthony knew the student wanted to wear his own pants and went and sewed them for him. This is so out of his "job description" but why he is such a positive asset to our team. Thank you for taking care of our students and going above and beyond! I appreciate all that you do." #OrangeSpots #HappinessAdvantage #SISD
