🩺 Take Care of You – Schedule Your Preventative Health Appointments! Your health is your most valuable asset—and preventative care is one of the best ways to protect it.

This is a friendly reminder from the Wellness Committee to schedule your annual check-ups, screenings, and any other preventative health services you may be due for. Whether it’s a physical, dental cleaning, vision exam, or a routine screening, these small steps can make a big difference in catching potential issues early and staying well.

Why it matters:
-Detects issues early when they're easier to treat
-Helps you stay on top of your overall well-being
-Most preventative services are covered at 100% by our health plans

If you’re unsure what services you’re due for, check your health insurance portal through Blue Cross or contact your provider. Many preventative services are fully covered—no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Take time for your health—because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
