Our SOAR program started a new worksite this school year at Sleep and Heavenly Peace. Students work with loading supplies on trucks for deliveries, assembling beds for the community and sanding and staining wood. This has been an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable employment skills in our community. #TransitionsCenter #SaginawISD

This week, the Saginaw ISD Wellness Committee is focusing on the importance of ergonomics. Ergonomics is often linked to workspace setup, but it also includes posture, movement, daily habits, tool use, and environmental factors such as lighting and noise. Whether you’re typing at a desk, lifting heavy items, or cooking at home, small ergonomic adjustments can add up to big wellness wins!
