Today's Orange Spotlight is on Ta'Kesha Montgomery.
Andrea Wise stated that "Kesha has been a true leader in the HR Department. The HR Department has welcomed three (3) new staff members within the past year, two (2) within the past four (4) months. Kesha has been instrumental in training all three (3) employees all of which are in three (3) different positions. She has done this while taking on a new role in the department herself. Kesha makes others feel welcomed, empowers others to excel in their positions, and always looks to serve others not only at SISD, but also our LEA's and community. I appreciate Kesha's initiative and enjoy watching her grow into a leader that makes us all better. "
Congratulations Kesha!! #SaginawISD #Excellence
