As educators, we put a lot of time and effort into meeting our students and colleagues where they are at. We must also remember to extend that grace to ourselves. Practicing self-acceptance and self-compassion is a powerful way to grow, heal, and find peace. Celebrate who you are today, in this moment, because you deserve it. You are enough.
