This week, the Saginaw ISD Wellness Committee is focusing on the importance of ergonomics. Ergonomics is often linked to workspace setup, but it also includes posture, movement, daily habits, tool use, and environmental factors such as lighting and noise. While attending a leadership summit this weekend, educators Kristi Tabacsko, Kalee Wortley and Amy Kohnert had the privilege of meeting the new State Superintendent, Dr. Maleyko. #StudentsFirst
SOAR students at Transitions Center gave back again this past Friday with round 2 of baking dog treats for a local animal shelter. They finished off the day with a visit from Mrs. Tabacsko's therapy dog, Stella, who happily taste-tested the treats and gave her paw of approval!
