Saginaw County Career & Technical Education Student Spotlight Annabelle Pardo 12th Grade, Swan Valley H.S. “Annabelle has been a part of our CTE computer business/ program at Swan Valley for several years taking Technology Applications IA, IB, IIA, and IIB classes along with being Microsoft Office certified in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Database. She is also an active member of our BPA (Business Professionals of America) chapter at Swan Valley High School competing at the Regional and State level for the past couple of years. Annabelle excels at her student administrative assistant job at OWD Lawyer offices.  She has excellent time management skills, can multi task several jobs at once, and is always helpful and never afraid to go above and beyond at her daily job.” Nominated by Kristin Palmer, Swan Valley H.S. Mr. Dennis Barlow and Ms. Ann Marie Batkoski wrapped up the county-wide 10th-grade presentations with a fantastic session at Hemlock High School! With the support of Dean of Students Kyle Boros and Principal Keith Green, students were energized and excited about the opportunities waiting for them at the Saginaw Career Complex (SCC)! What’s next? In January, students will take a field trip to SCC, where they’ll dive into the programs that spark their interest and explore their future career paths.
